Leashes.
All dogs entering and exiting the building should be on a leash. If you have a retractable leash, please lock it at 4 feet. Do not let your dog run around on an unlocked retractable leash in the lobby.

Lunches.
If your pet requires a lunch, please only bring enough for one meal. Any uneaten portion of lunch will be disposed of.

Collars.
If your dog is a frequent daycare guest, we kindly ask that you bring your dog in on a flat, quick release collar. Please remove any flea/tick collar as we are not responsible if they are lost or damaged.

Reservations.
We ask that you reserve your daycare spot or you run the risk of being turned away at the door. We hate to inconvenience anyone, however, we must run at a certain capacity for staff:dog ratio, and limited amount of space. It is purely for safety purposes.

Drop-off window.
We try and be as flexible as possible while still maintaining a positive environment for our daycare and boarding guests. At this time, we have decided to cut off daycare drop offs to 11am. We have observed that the group starts to settle in by midday, and adding new daycare dogs to the group past mid-day has become disruptive. We do not take these decisions lightly but it is in the best interest and safety of our guests to do so.
