Rowdy’s Q & A

Here are some questions we often get from potential customers. If you have a question that you don’t see below, reach out and we will get you the information you are looking for!

We have webcams, however, they are not accessible to the public. There is a webcam in the Rowdy Suite where access is given to those who have reserved that suite.

The dog’s last potty break is 8pm before bed and they get let out in the morning at 6am.

We do not accept large dog beds. If they become soiled we are unable to launder them. You are welcome to bring a blanket for your pet and each pet has a raised bed in their room. If you do not have a blanket and your pet is not a chewer, we will provide a blanket for them.

Absolutely! They can share a room and we can feed them separate if needed.

We are an all day, open play facility. The dogs are out playing with other boarding and daycare dogs during the day and go into their rooms for meals and overnight. Some dogs enjoy being in their room more than others and that is ok! Some dogs get overstimulated with all of the activity or do not know when to stop playing. We will give breaks to any dogs we feel are overstimulated or just need to rest. This also helps prevent any GI upsets that can be associated with boarding your dog.

Times vary depending on weather. Sometimes the outside doors are left open so dogs can go in and out as they please. If there is inclement weather or in the summer (the playroom is air conditioned) the doors will be closed. In that case, they typically go out every hour (weather depending).

Dog’s must be fully vaccinated to come to Rowdy’s. This is typically around 16 weeks of age. Our full list of requirements can be found on our Boarding and Daycare pages.

Boarding dogs are welcome to drop off and pick up anytime during our business hours. There is a $12 late check out fee if your pet is picked up after noon.

Daycare dogs are required to be dropped of by 11am and can be picked up at any time during business hours.

It is not required, however recommended. However without a reservation, you run the risk of being turned away at the door if we are full.

Unfortunately at this time we do not accept cats.

No. At this time we do not offer training services.

Absolutely! However we may not be able to accommodate drop-in tours. Because of how our facility is set up, we must bring you into the play area for a tour. If we are too busy we may not be able accommodate drop-in tours as they can be disruptive to the group. Currently, we are scheduling tours after hours on Saturday & Sunday.

  • Rowdy’s is by far the best daycare. Mahi absolutely loves coming here! He comes home tired and worn out every time from playing so hard all day. The prices are very reasonable and the employees are amazing. Thanks to Kait for making the paperwork/scheduling the meet and greet a breeze, and Dani for making Mahi’s first day amazing! We are very thankful to have found Rowdy’s and can’t wait for our next play day!

  • Our puppy, London, went to Rowdy's for the first time last Wednesday. We are beyond thrilled with the staff and service. I highly recommend Rowdy's for all the fur pappies out there! She goes Wednesday, Thursday and Friday...and sleeps all day Saturday! I look forward to actually walking in and meeting her new buddy "Teddy" and the rest of the staff! 🙂

  • Tucker LOVES going to Rowdy! I can barely contain him when we get in the parking lot, he so excited to go play. The staff are very accommodating and great with Tucker. Besides the day camps, Tucker has done a couple of over nights with equally great success!! I feel very comfortable leaving Tucker in their capable, loving hands.

  • I have been very pleased with Rowdy's facility and team members. My Zoey has a bit of separation anxiety and I have found each time she goes there she is happy to get there and has improved in her independence and socialization. I have called when she was there for boarding just to check in and they're always very helpful and willing to share how she's doing and address any questions I have.

  • We love Rowdy's for our dog Oly. Oly is a 10 month old Springer-Doodle and already very spoiled. My husband and I didn't want to leave Oly somewhere where he was in a kennel, and we wanted him to enjoy his vacation just like we do. I am SO happy we found Rowdy's Pet Resort. Oly LOVES Rowdys, and we feel so blessed to have found them. He gets to run and play, and they take excellent care of him. I wouldn't take Oly anywhere else.
