Boarding & Daycare Requirements
Prior to any Boarding or Daycare stay at Rowdy’s, each guest (pet) must:
Complete a 3-hour “Meet & Greet”.
This is to ensure that Rowdy’s is a good fit for your pet as well as safe for all guests.
If your pet has not visited us within 6 months, s/he may be required to repeat the meet & greet at the owner’s expense.
Be up-to-date on vaccinations.
Mandatory vaccinations include:
RABIES
DISTEMPER/PARVO
BORDETELLA
Have had a negative fecal test within the past year.
Be parasite free and up-to-date on their flea & heartworm prevention.
Many flea preventatives sold over the counter are ineffective. We recommend your pet is on an oral flea preventative
prescribed by your veterinarian.
Have been spayed/neutered, if over 6 months of age for small breed and 8 months of age for large breed.
Giant breeds are an exception, please contact us for more information.
Wear a quick release collar.
No harnesses, buckle, or chain collars are accepted. If your pet does not have one, one will be provided for your pet
at no cost for the duration of their stay.
